Days after Shaquille O’Neal warned his ex-wife not to mention him on her VH1 show, she is slamming the basketball star anyway. In a document obtained by TMZ, Shaunie O’Neal claims her ex-husband told their six-year-old son to deliver death threats to her new boyfriend.
Shaunie’s lawyers sent a letter to Shaq’s legal team claiming the NBA legend told his son Shaqir to tell mom’s boyfriend that dad was going to kill him. “Say it now! My daddy is going to kill you!,” he told the scared child, according to the letter. The documents also claim that the basketball star “interrogated” the couple’s children about mom’s new man.
Shaunie’s legal team is demanding that her ex-husband no longer undertake “inappropriate discussions” with their brood. On Wednesday, Shaq’s lawyers sent a letter to VH1 demanding that the network no longer air “Basketball Wives” episodes that make reference to him.
His ex-wife, who is an executive producer on the show, reportedly signed a confidentially agreement barring her from discussing their relationship on the show. The O’Neals were married in December 2002 and have four children together. In September 2007, Shaq filed for divorce, but the duo later reconcile. Two years later, in November 2009, Shaunie filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences.

An inside source stated “Jimmy has given the mandate to make this Janet record a success,” says the insider. “He believes that he has the right team in place to finally take Janet back to the top of the music charts. It’s a top priority for the label.”
A&M Records is putting a lot of effort — and a ton of money — into the promotion of Janet Jackson’s new greatest hits album, and with good reason. A source tells us the label quietly signed the pop star to a new recording contract last month.
It’s a homecoming of sorts for Jackson — and perhaps an attempt to reclaim her glory days: She began her career at A&M at 16 and had her biggest U.S. hit under their management: “Janet Jackson’s Rhythm Nation 1814″ moved a whopping 8.5 million units in 1989.

If you actually watch this show and keep your eyes glued all the way to the credits, you’ll see Steve Nash actually has his name in the credits as an executive producer, this is due to some good legal work performed by his lawyers. See Steve was smart enough to know he deserved a slice of that pie, you should be aware and don’t let anyone take slices out of your pie, especially if they do it without your permission.
The NY Jets has agreed to a trade with the Cleveland Browns, which includes them taking Braylon Edwards and sending to the Browns key special teams player Jason Trusnik, wide receiver Chansi Stuckey and a pair of draft picks to Cleveland. This is the new start Braylon needs to get back to that pro-bowl caliber receiver that he can be, and it also gives the Jets and Mark Sanchez the deep threat thats need to make NFl defenses play honest.

That’s how it happened for me. You see me here, no bodyguards, no entourage. I don’t live my life like a celebrity. Luckily for me, I’ve done things the right way, I’ve marketed myself the right way and people seem to know who I am.
“My mother told me when I was young, ‘Make them remember your name,’ and do it for the right reasons.” ”They showed me how it works, and it was great,” said Shaq, who is having a microfueler, which takes organic waste and converts it into ethanol, installed in his own house.
With dozens of business opportunities coming his way every day, O’Neal appreciates simple deals and plain language. When a friend of a friend pitched the idea behind the Microfueler – “Their shpiel was, ‘We take (bleep), put it in this (bleeping) bucket, and turn it into fuel,’” O’Neal said; “I’m like, ‘Yeah, right.’” - O’Neal had his business managers do their due diligence and he came on board.
In other news, according to the WashingtonExaminerNBA all-star Steve Francis business partner Nathan A. Peake is being accused of tax evasion. Nathan allegedly has been using a shell corporation to avoid paying over a half-million in taxes according to court records. If convicted he will face five years in prison and a $100,000 fine.
Francis is the president of Nathan’s Peake Management Group Boxing which has contracts with boxing promoter Don King as well as HBO and co-own a DC brand We R One.
