Yo I went to see this film yesterday and F. Gary Gray did his thing with directing. The flow of the film, the location, the camera angles were all the perfect. Jamie Foxx (who plays Nick Rice) and Gerard Butler (who plays Clyde Shelton) push each others acting skills all through out the film; great chemistry between two co-stars. I highly recommend this as a must see.

Jamie Foxx was on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last night, and in preparation the late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel swung by a local barbershop to find out what kind of handshake he should greet Foxx with, since the last time Foxx made a guest appearance their shake wasn’t so smooth.
After talking with the guys at the barbershop, Kimmel decided to “keep it Kimmel” by throwing a “Fresh Prince Handshake” at Jamie Foxx when he greeted him on stage.
Laughing, Jamie Foxx explained that the handshake is a “black cultural thing,” but handshakes can be very different depending on how happy you are to see the person. Foxx then had Kimmel stand up to demonstrate the “What Up Baby” handshake – check out the video below to see how it went.

Jamie Foxx is joining the cast of “Due Date,” a road-trip comedy from “The Hangover” director Todd Phillips.
Foxx joins Robert Downey Jr. and Zach Galifianakis in the Warner Bros. movie about a high-strung father-to-be (Downey) who’s forced to hitch a ride with a college slacker (Galifianakis) to make it to the birth on time.
Foxx will play Downey’s longtime pal who once dated his wife (Michelle Monaghan) and secretly keeps in touch with her.
Foxx next stars in the thriller “Law Abiding Citizen” and recently wrapped the romantic comedy “Valentine’s Day.”

Luda Day Weekend is a rap and here are a few highlights from the weekend:
Talk about a one-man stimulus package: Grammy-winning rapper Ludacris has given away 20 cars to people who wrote about their struggles to keep their jobs for a lack of wheels of their own.
Ludacris said he was taken aback after reading thousands of essays by people struggling or unable to buy cars needed to get to and from work or find jobs. The 31-year-old rapper felt he could step in and move them ahead, partnering with a suburban Atlanta dealership for Sunday’s giveaway.
“People are getting laid off, and now are looking for jobs,” Ludacris said. “To be efficient, you need some transportation of your own to get there. That’s why I wanted to give back to those who need it.”
Each of the used vehicles included free gas for 30 days. Winning contestants were responsible for tags, registration, tax and insurance. About 4,000 contestants submitted a 300-word essay to the rapper’s foundation, explaining why they deserved a car.
One of the most touching stories Ludacris read was by Mading Duor. Duor described how he moved to the United States six years ago after his mother, father, and five brothers and sisters were killed in Sudan. The man also wrote that a son was killed by a drunken driver in Atlanta a few years back. “His story touched my heart,” Ludacris said. “He’s endured so much in his life and he’s still here standing. I’m very proud to have helped him.”
Duor, 33, has been able to keep a steady job at a school, but each day he felt stressed about how he was going to get to work. No longer. “I’m so happy, that I’m nervous,” said Duor, who won a Nissan Maxima. “When I look at my new car, I say to myself, ‘Is this really happening?’”

Jamie Foxx announced on the Tyra Banks show that he will be playingMike Tyson in the bio pic of Iron Mike’s life. When asked the question, “what person would you play in a bio pic ” by one of Tyra’s audience members Foxx stated that he is currently working on obtaining the rights to Tysons story. He stated that Tyson’s life story can be used to educate many on how fame and wealth giving to such a young man without the proper structure around them can completely destroy their lives. Jamie is well know for his ability to totally capture a character so I really hope that he is able to get the rights to this pic because I know he’s going to kill it. By the way the “Soloist” is in theaters now and “Intuition” his new but not new album is in stores. Get that paper Jamie You So Crazy Youuu So Crazy lolll shout out to Wanda!!! That for everyone that remember In Living Color.

Jamie Foxx apologized on “The Tonight Show” for the jokes and remarks he and his crew made about Miley Cyrus on his Sirius radio show, “The Foxxhole,” last weekend.
Foxx hit the set with a bottle of Cristal in hand to give to Jay Leno. Then he did a comedy routine about clowning his homie P. Diddy and his treacherous birthday plane ride and accepted congrats for his song, “Blame it on the Alcohol,” being the No. 1 song. Also, he discussed several of his projects that he has coming to a theater near you. Video of appearance below.
