Fly guy Idris Elba posts up on the cover of Essence’s August issue. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t have thought that his time spent on the hit HBO show The Wire would have taken him to the level of success he’s experiencing today. He’s easily the most successful out of that cast thus far.
Side Bar: This cat has the most heaviest British accent I’ve ever heard, I mean a hard body British accent. I had no idea that he wasn’t from the states. I’m thinking he was from Philly, or DC some where then I heard him in a interview and it threw me for a loop he start talking like a straight up Brit. He disguise that accent in films like no other.
