Time after time we continue to see money and fame ruin friendship that were established way before any signs of success came into place. Well it seems that Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame have fallen to the same fate. In an interview with Vibe magazine Waka let it be known that him and Gucci are no longer cool, check it out:
Do you know why Gucci and Nicki decided to part ways with your mom?
Waka Flocka: I can say when you start getting hot, there are a lot of people that get in your ear. I call that the devil. It’ll turn you against the people that helped you. They must have just felt like they needed a change. Maybe they felt like other people can take their career somewhere else. I don’t know. Just like LeBron going to the Heat. I ain’t mad, though, or got problems with anybody. Moms is good; her bills are paid.
Has the split affected your relationship with Gucci?
Waka Flocka: Yeah, all the way… All the way. I ain’t got beef or anything but it has changed.
So what’s your relationship like now?
Waka Flocka:There is none. We don’t talk anymore.

Gucci Mane revealed to fans that they should be anticipating record collabos with him and formal rival Young Jeezy in the upcoming weeks. The two squashed their beef a few weeks ago while on DJ Drama’s radio show in Atlanta. While on Big Boy’s Neighborhood this week Gucci Mane stated:
“I learned in the rap game, once you got heat people wanna stand next to you,” Gucci revealed in an interview with radio personality Big Boy. “Once I established myself as being a credible artist as someone who could make some money — then in that time, the people wanna bring something to the table…Before the conversation we had collaborated, we had been talking. And we kinda had a mutual agreement together. Both of us are so big and got so many people that wanna party with us, it’s kinda selfish to say we travel around the world — I knew me personally, I didn’t want that on my hands…We already collaborated on two songs, one is already out and one is debuting in a few weeks.
