Gucci Mane revealed to fans that they should be anticipating record collabos with him and formal rival Young Jeezy in the upcoming weeks. The two squashed their beef a few weeks ago while on DJ Drama’s radio show in Atlanta. While on Big Boy’s Neighborhood this week Gucci Mane stated:
“I learned in the rap game, once you got heat people wanna stand next to you,” Gucci revealed in an interview with radio personality Big Boy. “Once I established myself as being a credible artist as someone who could make some money — then in that time, the people wanna bring something to the table…Before the conversation we had collaborated, we had been talking. And we kinda had a mutual agreement together. Both of us are so big and got so many people that wanna party with us, it’s kinda selfish to say we travel around the world — I knew me personally, I didn’t want that on my hands…We already collaborated on two songs, one is already out and one is debuting in a few weeks.
Where it all began for the two there first hit together “So Icy”

Its been a long time coming, Young Jeezy and Gucci Mane put their differences aside and set a new example for handeling differences in hip hop; lets just hope other follow in their foot steps. Also, lets hope this positive display of handeling conflict gets the same press coverage as all the negativity between the two. (Wishful thinking of course! Unity in hip hop lets sweep that under the rug.)

According to sources Baton Rouge rapper Torrence “Lil Boosie” Hatch, was back in court Monday after violating his probation. District Court Judge Chip Moore revoked Hatch’s probation, sending him straight to jail.
Hatch was on house arrest with an ankle monitor. The monitor indicated that on more than one occasion, Hatch had violated the terms of his release. Judge Moore doubled Hatch’s original sentence and ordered him to spend four years in prison.
Hatch was convicted of drug and gun charges in September.
Sad day for the homie considering he was really beginning to make a name for himself hopefully he was smart with his money because 4yrs without an income and a family to take care can send anyone into bankruptcy.

This joint is cool its just funny to me to try and envision Gucci in the suave guy type of role, homie is too known for making that street music, but maybe the labels know something I don’t know.
