Well what do we have here word is on the net that the Destiny’s Child alumni may all be hitting the same stage. The group’s fan sites are reporting that it’s close to being a sealed deal that the entire group present and past will hit the stage for one last performance, after Kelly releases her next album

Reportedly, Beyonce is still working on the best “mature” song/sound for the group to perform.
While the core 3 ladies Beyonce, Michelle, and Kelly are supposedly all about the reunion, Mathew Knowles is reportedly hoping that LeToya can bring Latavia to the table as well. According to the site, Latavia has put her “tell all” book on hold as to not jeopardize the reunion.

The eight day DC3 reunion this up coming Tuesday in Chicago has been cancelled. The group was set top reunite in a Chicago federal court to defend themselves against allegations of copyright-infringement for their hit song “Cater 2 U”, but it seems that their accuser Rickey Allen has decided to settle out of court with the group. According to sources they were able to reach an agreement in-which Allen was pleased, check it out:
“I can confirm that yes, it did settle,” said Matthew Wildermuth, the attorney for Rickey Allen, who filed a lawsuit against the group in 2006. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
“All of the issues have been amicably resolved and the case is going to be dismissed,” Wildermuth said. “[Allen is] excited about being able to devote time to posturing his musical career.”
The trial was to begin next week and would have forced the musical threesome to appear every day in court for a case that was likely to span more than a week.
Allen filed a lawsuit after the group in 2004 released “Cater 2 U” in a compilation called “Destiny Fulfilled.” He claimed they ripped off his song, with the same title and spelling, which he copyrighted.
An attorney for Knowles could not be reached for comment.
