Yo Chad has too much time on his hands this off season, here is a video of him running in the park butt naked. I can almost guarantee the NFL will find some way to fine him for this.

The NFL fined Ochocinco $20,000 for jokingly offering a ref $1 during a replay challenge. Now in my opinion this is one of the foulest display of flexing authority I’ve seen in the NFL. Anyone with common scenes can see he was joking, and then to fine him $20,000 is absurd when players are fighting and only receiving $5,000 fines.
