Gary Coleman has died after suffering a intracranial hemorrhage that left him in a coma and on life support. The ‘Diff’rent Strokes’ actor was taken to the hospital on Wednesday, and his condition deteriorated as the days went on. After being on life support for at least a day, his family made the decision to remove him from the machinery that was keeping him alive. He was 42 years old.

You know thing are way out of hand when you have young ladies pulling guns on one another and teenagers at that; check this story out that took place in Detroit:
DETROIT – A 14-year-old girl is now facing charges. She is accused of shooting a 13-year-old girl in the leg.
It started as a spat at school and moved to a home near the intersection of 24th and Michigan Avenue in southwest Detroit. Police say a 13-year-old girl brought her friends to confront a 14-year-old girl. At the door of the home, the 14-year-old was allegedly punched in the face.
Police say the 14-year-old responded by grabbing a .38 caliber revolver from the home and firing one shot into the leg of the 13-year-old girl. The accused shooter was in court on Wednesday. She is charged with assault with intent to murder, felonious assault and felony firearm. At 14, she could have been tried as an adult, but she will be tried as a juvenile.
The 13-year-old victim is hospitalized. Doctors say they are working to save her leg. The referee in this case, who acts as the judge, was looking for family members of the accused. There was no one to see the 14-year-old girl in court. The bond has been posted at ten-percent of $25,000. If somebody posts $2,500, she can be released.

(CNN) — Lawmakers in Ukraine scuffled with each other, throwing punches and eggs, as parliament met Tuesday to ratify a treaty with Russia that extends the latter’s navy presence in the Ukraine’s Crimean peninsula until 2042.
The ruling Regions party eventually ratified the treaty but not before howls of protest from the opposition. Someone set off a smoke bomb inside the building, while Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn sought refuge behind an umbrella as he was pelted with eggs.
During a rally attended by thousands on Saturday, opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko — the former prime minister who lost to Viktor Yanukovych in the presidential election run-off in February — said the ratification must be prevented at all costs. She claimed that Yanukovych is “selling out” Ukraine, has “openly embarked on the path of destruction of (Ukraine’s) national interests, and has actually begun the process of eliminating the state’s sovereignty.”
The deal was signed last week by Yanukovych and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. Tymoshenko said it violated part of the Ukrainian Constitution, which forbids the country from hosting foreign military bases after 2017. The deal extends Russia’s lease of a major naval base in the Black Sea port of Sevastopol for an additional 25 years, in exchange for a 30 percent cut in the price of natural gas that Russia sells to Ukraine. Prison-bound Weezy Wee has ensured fans won’t forget about him while he’s behind bars. Wanye went hard this past weekend filming nine music videos.
He was expected to begin serving time for his 2007 arrest for gun possession immediately after his sentencing in court on Tuesday, but the allowed him an additional three weeks of freedom for an upcoming dental operation but Wayne had prepared for his incarceration by shooting a backlog of music videos for his fans.
Video director David Rousseau tells MTV.com Lil Wayne began the shoot on Friday and the cameras didn’t stop rolling until Sunday. Rousseau explains, “We knew what our deadline was. We’re trying to get maximum coverage for Wayne. Most of the time we only shot Wayne’s verses – we’ll finish the rest of the videos off in the next couple of weeks.
“Everybody is onboard because everybody knows what’s at stake. Unlike T.I. and some of these other guys that’s disappeared while they were in (prison), the point is to keep Wayne on TV for whatever time he’s in. He’s at the height of his career; you can’t let that momentum slip.”
And Wayne recruited a number of collaborators, including Juelz Santana and Yo Gotti, to star alongside him in the shoots.
Rousseau adds, “We tried to keep it wide, medium, close-up, just him vibing. Then we let him go change clothes. Then other people would come in for 30 minutes. Wayne would come back out, same thing; wide, medium, close-up. Then we bring out somebody else who is on the song, Nicki Minaj, Sean Garrett, Baby, and Tyga.

Haiti today faced a natural disaster of unprecedented proportion, an earthquake unlike anything the country has ever experienced. The magnitude 7.0 earthquake – and several very strong aftershocks – struck only 10 miles from Port-au-Prince. I cannot stress enough what a human disaster this is, and idle hands will only make this tragedy worse. The over 2 million people in Port-au-Prince tonight face catastrophe alone. We must act now.
President Obama has already said that the U.S. stands ‘ready to assist’ the Haitian people. The U.S. Military is the only group trained and prepared to offer that assistance immediately. They must do so as soon as possible. The international community must also rise to the occasion and help the Haitian people in every way possible.”
