Yesterday the Wall Street Journal reported that a will Michael Jackson drafted in 2002, dividing the estate among his children, mother and charities, is expected to be submitted this week. The will that they were referring to has been located according to CNN. The Jacksons attorney Londell McMillan has come forward to attest that the will has been located and that Michael’s wishes were for his estate to be controlled by his mother, his children to be cared for by his mother, and his assets to go to various charities. Jackson’s father was not named in the will and it is said that Jackson has left over 100 unreleased songs in the ownership of his children which are valued at over $100 million dollars none of which creditors can go after.
