It seems that there are many issues surrounding Michael Jackson’s will; most commonly his desires for the control of his estate and who he wishes have custody of his children. As of now his mother Katherine Jackson has won control of his estate and has custody of his children. But will that last; it has yet to be determined. There are rumors that possibly the children surrogate mother and Michael’s former wife Debbie Rowe may have a chance to gain custody over the children if she wishes. There are also more rumors that Michael has at least two other wills that have yet to be brought forth, if this is so things may get a bit complicated. Cnn talks Michael’s will issues below:
